This 120-prong chasen produces the fine, even foam that has defined the Urasenke school of tea ceremony for centuries — its closely spaced prongs moving through matcha the way they were designed to, breaking powder into water with a precision no other tool can replicate. Shaped from a single piece of bamboo, with prong tips curled inward as tradition dictates.
