Shipping

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates

United Kingdom: £5.50 flat rate. Free on orders over £60.

Europe: £9.50 flat rate.

Rest of World: £14.50 flat rate.

Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 2–3 business days from dispatch.

Europe: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

Rest of World: 7–21 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services. Idle Hour is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs processing.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges. These are levied by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Idle Hour has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to amend addresses once an order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, the following terms apply.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at yuriy@idlehourmatcha.com with your order number and a clear statement of your wish to cancel.

You then have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the goods to us. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

International customers may have equivalent rights under their local consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We will refund the full price of the goods. For UK orders, this includes the cost of standard delivery where applicable.

Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@idlehourmatcha.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on matcha products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty.
